Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello Festive October Month! Lets get exploring




Ingredients are:

white sugar, vanilla almond milk, flour (coconut flour if you want moist), organic vegetable oil, pumpkin puree,  free range organic eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate chips (dark or semisweet), baking powder, baking soda, Himalayan salt, cinnamon

They were very chewy and soft cake type, very light, you can add dates for more flavor or peanuts or walnuts! Give it a go

Roasted lemon free range chicken/Brown Rice/ Broccoli Stir Fry


Easy Weeknight yummy tasty healthy dinner


3 cups vetetable broth

2 garclic cloves, finely chopped

1 teaspoon onion powder

8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cup organic brown rice

3 cups of broccoli or however much you desire

2 tablespoons chopped thyme

some salted Marcona Almonds mixed in or even peanuts!

(if you want spicier I suggest using a hot sauce and some lemon)!






Healthy Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie Bites

Hi! So I made these last night. They are homemade crunchy peanut butter with sweet strawberry jam and oatmeal cookies bites. They are very healthy only 4 ingredients.

1 cup gluten free oats

2 tablespoons fresh crunchy peanut butter

2 ripe bananas

Cook for 15 minutes.

Then teaspoons of the jam on each cookies after it has cooled down.

You can add honey, dates and walnuts if you prefer.
